AI and the Law

▍摘要：
AI will change law fundamentally. The only question is whether it will change it in ways we like. There is no doubt that the technology will radically alter how we make and practice law. Through code, those changes will enhance the rule of law. But they will also make urgent the need to better govern the values that law embeds and makes real. In principle, AI could make law orders of magnitude better. In practice, we have yet to demonstrate — at least we in America — the capacity to govern that this new technology demands.
